String Bean

Well, we survived our first set of Booster shots yesterday - and are happy to report that Anna did well and probably already has forgotten. Mom on the other hand is scarred, and has 2 more months to prepare for Anna's next round in Jan. Hopefully then she won't cry more than her daughter.

The latest stats on Anna have qualified her for a new nickname - "String Bean". She weighed in at 10 lbs 7 oz, and 23 1/2 inches long! That's normal for weight, and 90th percentile for legnth!!! But in the words of our Dr. "She's perfect" - which we knew already.

Baby Dedication

Anna was a great sport on Sunday when she was dedicated in front of the church. Once again she was all smiles before we stood infront of the congreation, then projected her pacifier into the second row, and fussed during the prayer. But, Jesus loves all the little children, and we are very blessed to have a wonderful church family where we can raise Anna.

Happy Birthday Dad!

We celebrated Dad's birthday this weekend with Friends and Family (of course, Dad chose an all-you-can eat Italian dinner). Anna picked out a very special gift for Dad. I guess she thought she needed him to look like a big yellow banana too!

Daddy's little girl

Daddy and Anna spending quality time watching the Cavaliers.

Beauty and the Beast

Anna's all tuckered out from her first professional pictures today - and as we found out she used up all of her smiles before we got to the Picture People. We've also noticed the Fonz is either jealous or very protective of Anna, as he seems to pop up infront of her anytime we try to shoot a picture.

Play Time

It's Fall!!

Anna enjoyed "jumping" in the leaves with Dad and Fonz, but a nap seemed more enticing.

Chiquita Anna

Our little Anna Banana was a good sport trick-or-treating with the neighbors, and passing out candy. I think mom and dad were having more fun, but we did get lots of smiles from the Banana. This parenting thing is a blast!

The safest Banana in town.
